Briefly the property consists of a two storied house with total living area 100 sq. m, a parking lot, a shelter, two barns and an enormous garden vast 4930 sq. m. The living area of the ground floor is distributed between a corridor and two rooms. The flooring is cement and the frames of the windows are wooden.
